¼ C Olive Oil
2 T Dr. Lynch’s Miracle Powder
1 T Garlic Powder
1/8 C Italian Seasoning
2 lbs red skinned potatoes, quartered
1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.
2. Mix oil and seasonings in a gallon baggie. Add potatoes and seal baggie.
3. Shake to coat potatoes evenly.
4. Spread onto baking sheet.
5. Bake 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
