My first purchase with torchbearers included almost all the line including this. This plum reaper is my favorite in the line. The sweet fruitiness of the plum really balances out the reaper. Very tasty sauce. Heat is maybe a 5 outta 10.

Love this hot sauce. It works great with herbaceous and/or delicate Asian fare, think Vietnamese or Japanese cuisines. I’m unsure what other hot sauces could pair with the flavor profiles of those two cuisines or other similar ones, but this one is the perfect match.
