Is pineapple hot sauce sweet or spicy?
A little bit of both! The pineapple provides its classic sweet-tanginess and ginger provides a nice bite, but it’s the jalapeno and habanero peppers that come in and give the sauce some tingly heat. As an added bonus, we threw in a few extra spices for an unexpected, yet absolutely delicious, herbaceous flavor!
Is sweet jerk sauce just for chicken?
While it’s a total rockstar on chicken, we think you’ll love it on fish, corn, and even pizza (Pineapple on pizza? Yep.).
How hot is this jerk hot sauce?
This doesn’t carry the heat of say, Jamaican jerk seasoning. At heat level 4 (on a scale of 1 to 10), it’ll give you more of a light tingle that’ll wake those taste buds up.
