Goblin Jerky
This incredible recipe was kindly shared with us by Dan Corcoran! He likes using Goblin Sauce for this but says you can use any TorchBearer Sauce to get the flavor and/or heat that YOU crave. Thanks, Dan!


Ingredients

Dan recommends using eye of round steak, sliced thin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire
Goblin Sauce (as much as you want!)
1/4 cup water
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Heaping tbsp red pepper flakes
Scant 1/4 tsp curing salt

3/4 tsp of dehydrated jalapeños and habaneros

2 Simple Steps

1) Mix together and marinate all ingredients in a bag or shallow container in the fridge, 24 to 48 hours.
2) Stick slices in your dehydrator, smoker, or air fryer and cook to your liking.
