HEAT LEVEL 9
Goblin Blood – Bottled straight from the spicy veins of Nekrogoblikon’s resident goblin comes Goblin Blood. The fans were screaming “hotter, hotter!” so we did just that and came up with a delicious, smoking-hot sauce that will have you panting in between bites. We really aren’t messing around with this sauce which sits comfortably (or uncomfortably) on the same tier as our Garlic Reaper and Rapture. Those of you who have patiently waited for the next face-melter will definitely find it here while also being able to experience an entirely new flavor profile. Revel in the flavors of chives, red wine vinegar, and chipotle peppers while simultaneously feeling the heady burn of an obscene amount of reapers. The gentlemen in the band were blown away and we know you will be too. So intensify a plate of nachos, make that tuna salad painful, or have a dozen wings you’ll never forget. No matter what you dress up, this sauce will have you dressed as goblins! Tasting Notes: Garlic and red wine vinegar forward with an onion and reaper finish Perfect For: Tacos, Quiche, Southwestern Egg Rolls

I never thought the blood of goblins would be so damn good! Got just the right amount of heat I won’t rub it in my eyes or into open wounds. Great with eggs, on bacon or breakfast sausage, nachos, chicken salad, beans and toast, spaghetti, wings, steak, pork chops, possibilities are endless, heat stays with you for about 10 minutes, love this feeling!

My favorite sauce. I can go through a bottle in about a week.

Amazing and unique hot sauce.
For me, it’s replaced chipotle sauce as I’ve found most such sauces too smoky in a distracting way. This one is just perfect from a smoke standpoint and the acidity from the lime and red wine vinegar are a perfect match.
Of course, it’s not a 1:1 chipotle sauce owing to how the Carolina Reaper is the first ingredient. The reaper adds its own unique flavor profile that creates a sauce that is more than the sum of its parts and a surprising versatility. If no hot sauce immediately comes to mind with a dish, then I reach for this one and am surprised more often than not with how well it contributes to, and sometimes transforms, a dish.
